# FAQ

> Short answers to common BuyBot questions.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Who pays the contest prize?">
    The **group admin** who starts the contest sends the prize to the wallet the bot shows. BuyBot does not take that prize as a fee. Leftover prize goes back to the address that funded it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does the bot trade for me?">
    No. It only posts buys it sees and can send contest prizes that **you** deposited.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why must the bot be admin?">
    So it can post buy cards, pin big buys (if you turn that on), and run contest messages in the group.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Who can run /add and /settings?">
    Only **group admins**. Members can still see cards and join contests by buying.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I track more than one token?">
    Yes. Add each token with `/add`. Settings will ask which token to edit.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why did I have to pick a pool?">
    Many tokens trade in more than one pool. Cards follow **one** pool so the group does not mix unrelated markets.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A buy happened but there is no card">
    Check [Troubleshooting](/docs/troubleshooting). Common causes: wrong pool, min buy too high, bot not admin, or the buy was a sell / different chain.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do sells post in the group?">
    No. BuyBot posts **buys**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I stop a live contest?">
    No. You can cancel only while it is waiting for the prize. After it is live, it runs to the end. Leftover prize is returned to the funder.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where do contest prizes go?">
    To the **wallet that bought**, if they still pass the rules when you pay.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is Robinhood in the chain list?">
    **Robinhood Chain**, a blockchain. Not the Robinhood brokerage app.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The bot asked me to reply in private">
    Telegram groups hide normal member messages from bots. Open your chat with BuyBot, tap Start, and send the answer there.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I get help?">
    Group admins can message [@crmoonboy](https://t.me/crmoonboy). Include the group name and what you were trying to do.
