# Settings

> Customize buy cards — emoji, min buy, media, links, and socials.

Group admins open settings with `/settings`.

If you are in a private chat, pick the group (and the token, if the group has more than one).

When the bot asks for a value, send it in the **private chat** with BuyBot. Send `/cancel` to stop.

  Send `clear` (or `none` / `off`) on most fields to go back to the default.

## Menu

| Button            | What it changes                                         |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| Custom emoji      | Logo used in the emoji row and on the token amount line |
| Buy step \$       | How many dollars = **one** emoji                        |
| Min buy \$        | Buys below this dollar size are not posted              |
| Pin min \$        | Pin the card when the buy is at least this size         |
| Total supply      | Used for market cap = price × supply                    |
| Custom media      | Photo, GIF, or video above each card                    |
| Chart link        | Chart button                                            |
| Buy link          | Buy button                                              |
| Socials           | Twitter / X, Telegram, website                          |
| Competition       | Opens the contest menu                                  |
| Remove from group | Stops buy cards for this token in this group            |

## Custom emoji

You can send:

* One normal emoji (for example 🟢)
* A Telegram **custom emoji**
* A **logo photo** (the bot tries to turn it into a custom emoji)

Send `clear` to use the token logo again.

## Buy step

**Buy step** controls the emoji row.

Example: step is `$15` and someone spends `$150` → **10** emojis.

* At least **1** emoji
* At most **99** emojis

Default step is **\$15**.

## Min buy

* `0` (or `off`) = show every buy we see
* `50` = only post buys of \$50 or more

Good for busy tokens so the group is not only buy cards.

## Pin min

* `0` = never pin
* `1000` = pin buys of \$1,000 or more

The bot needs pin permission in the group.

## Total supply

Leave this empty to use DexScreener’s market cap.

Set a number if you want market cap = **your supply × price**.

## Custom media

Send a photo, GIF, or video. It appears **above** the buy card.

Send `clear` to remove it.

## Chart and buy links

* Chart default: DexScreener
* Buy default: Jupiter on Solana, DexScreener on other chains

Send a full `https://…` link, or `clear` for the default.

## Socials

| Field       | What to send                                |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| Twitter / X | `https://x.com/yourhandle` or `@yourhandle` |
| Telegram    | `https://t.me/yourgroup`                    |
| Website     | `https://yoursite.com`                      |

These show as links on the buy card.

## Who can change settings

Only **group admins**. Members cannot change your card look.
